The Ministry of European Funds has nearly doubled the amount of office space it occupies in Tower Center International, adding another with another 3,505 square feet, according to a report issued by Globalworth. Prior to this transaction, it took up just 3,900 square meters based on a two-year lease. This latest deals brings the building’s occupancy rate to 97.9%, when taken together with another 602 sqm requested by Huawei as an expansion of its current lease.
Globalworth is currently developing an office project on land purchased from the pharmaceutical distributor Farmexin which will be called Globalworth Campus. Now under construction, Globalworth has signed a 25,000 sqm prelease agreement with a company that does not yet wish its name to be made public. There are unconfirmed rumors that the tenant is Telekom Romania.
