The Romanian real estate market saw €340m in transactions in 2012, a moderate jump from the €320m reported in 2011, according to Mediafax.
The office transactions dominated the real estate market last year, taking nearly €160m, followed by retail, which posted €116m in deals. Land transactions amounted to €40m.
The industrial and hotel sectors, meanwhile, reported fewer deals in 2012.
