Total investment value for the first quarter in 2021 reaches EUR 303,6 million, 21 percent less than the same period of 2019.
Bucharest has attracted 67 percent of the investment volume, in five office and hotels transactions. Office sector represents 64 percent of the total transactions volume while industrial sector represents 26 percent.
In Europe, the total investment volume has reached EUR 70 billion in the second quarter in 2021 with a strong activity in UK and Germany, having a 45% increase than the same period last year according to CBRE market report.
