The central pavilion at Romexpo in Bucharest will be converted into a multipurpose sports hall. The new Polyvalent hall will feature 15,000 seats as well as lockers, lodges and other sporting equipment and furnishings, according to Mediafax. The investment amounts to €3m and will be financed by City Hall. Construction is expected to start next summer and will take 12 months to complete.
