Oil Depol Service, owned by Radu Florescu and Danut Florescu, acquired Ecomaster from Rompetrol. The price of the transaction was not reported. Rompetrol Financial Group had a 99.63-percent stake in Ecomaster, an environmental services company.
Oil Depol Service posted a turnover of RON 34.5m last year, down from RON 50m in 2012. The company reported a net income of RON 4.1 in 2013, down from RON 13.2m in 2012. Founded in 1998, Oil Depol Service has approximately 200 employees.
