The first day of the offer to sell shares, One United Properties registered subscriptions of RON 100 million. The amount of RON 55 million per tranche with guaranteed allocation and another RON 45 million subscribed on the tranche with pro-rata allocation, ie a total of RON 100 million.
Thus, only on the first day, small investors subscribed 36 percent of the offer, being allocated 40 percent of the offer, so close to the allocation limit for the retail investors’ tranche. The remaining 60 percent will go to the institutional ones.
The first share subscription session in the One United Properties listing offer began on June 22, 2021 and is scheduled to end on July 2, 2021.
