The landmark Rondo 1 mixed-use project in Warsaw has been awarded LEED Platinum certification. This is first project on the Polish market to receive LEED Platinum certification under the LEED Building Operations and Maintenance rating system. JLL oversaw the certification process. The scheme, offering 60,000 sqm of office space and approximately 6,000 sqm of retail space, secured a LEED Gold certificate five years ago. Located at the intersection of Świętokrzyska and Aleja Jana Pawła II streets, Rondo 1 features a 40-floor, 192-meter tower as well as a 10-story building and 500 parking spots.
