Rondo 1 in Warsaw has been recertified LEED Platinum. The office building received the top rating once more, improving its performance on the previous certification. The certification was carried out by JW+A. The two-building triple A office complex is located near the ONZ Roundabout. The project offers 67,000 sqm of office space and has a total area of 103,000 sqm. The complex also includes 490 parking spaces and amenities like a fitness club, a kindergarten as well as a car wash. Cushman & Wakefield is the property manager. “Achieving the LEED recertification at the Platinum level shows that Rondo 1 is not only one of the most iconic office buildings in Warsaw, but also one of the greenest,” said Grzegorz Dyląg, head of asset services for business space at Cushman & Wakefield. “It meets the global standards developed by the US Green Building Council, provides a workplace that supports a balanced and healthy lifestyle, and is environmentally friendly.”
