Ronny Pecik was named CEO of Immofinanz. He replaces Oliver Schumy who left his position as head of the Austrian investor and developer on March 19. Pecik was appointed by Immofinanz’s board of supervisors. Starting in May, the company’s executive committee will include Pecik, Dietmar Reindl (COO) and Stefan Schönauer (CFO). The company’s Romanian portfolio consists of nine office buildings and five shopping centers with a value of €677m.
