Ronson Development has started the presale of the Grunwaldzka 240 investment in Poznań, which will include 70 apartments, the company said.
“Due to the success of our previous investments in Poznań, we decided to launch another project in this district,” said Justyna Hamrol-Wasielewska, regional sales and marketing director, quoted in the press release. Previously, the developer carried out the Młod Grunwald and Grunwald2 investments here, in which over 660 apartments were introduced to the market.
Grunwaldzka 240 was designed as a boutique investment. Only 70 apartments will be built in the project, with areas ranging from 26 to 82 sqm. The overwhelming majority will be 35 sqm two-room apartments with an annex
“This opens up opportunities, among others, for investors who will find small, compact apartments on offer, to be bought for rent” – added Hamrol-Wasielewska.
