RONSON: Miasto Moje with an occupancy permit ahead of schedule in Warsaw

27 March 2023

Miasto Moje is RONSON Development’s flagship development in Warsaw’s Bialoleka district, designed in several stages. For many quarters it has maintained its position as the most popular project in the developer’s portfolio. The sixth stage of the project received an occupancy permit three weeks in advance, and acceptance of apartments is currently underway. The developer has also begun construction of the seventh stage.

“The 1,030 apartments sold to date, in the six phases completed so far, indeed place City of Mine on the podium of RONSON’s most popular developments. In a very difficult year for the industry in 2022, Miasto Moje has been the engine of our sales,” says Boaz Haim, CEO of RONSON Development.

“We have already obtained the occupancy permit for the sixth stage, where commissioning is currently underway, and our long-standing partner for general contracting, Hochtief, has already begun construction of the seventh stage, where another 95 apartments will be built, with a wide range of square meters starting from 26 sqm,” Hail added.

“Miasto Moje is a development designed with self-sufficiency in mind, conceptually similar to the idea of a 15-minute city, popular in Western Europe, where the most important places for residents are within walking distance. The self-sufficiency of the City of Mine development is reflected in its proximity to the retail, educational, recreational and transportation base. – We are guided by the belief that life in the developments we build should be comfortable. Residents need to freely and quickly realize their daily needs. A store, a package store, a nursery and kindergarten, public transportation stops and recreational areas – all this has been achieved. Residents benefit from the “Vistula Passage” designed especially for them – a place divided into bays, concentrating amenities for those living in the development. City of Mine is located right next to the SKM station, in close proximity to the new subway station – Metro Bródno. This development is our calling card,” Karolina Bronszewska, Board Member, Marketing and Innovation Director of RONSON Development.

A sociological approach to housing and an emphasis on social integration of residents played a major role in the City of Mine project, which is reflected in the aforementioned “Vistula Passage” – a place for activity, recreation and integration, designed for residents of all ages – from playgrounds for children of all ages to a sports field or outdoor gym. In addition, RONSON Development – as befits a pioneer in implementing ecological solutions – has planned a package of ecological amenities in the project, including LED lighting in common areas, an electric car charging station, bicycle racks and greenery characteristic of the developer’s projects. “We are constantly studying the customer group of our properties to further adapt them to their needs and guarantee as many amenities as possible. The structure of customers of the City of Mine investment is diverse, and the age division is relatively proportional, so we have taken great care to ensure that each customer finds valuable solutions for himself,” Bronszewska concludes.
