Work on the first phase of the Impressio residential scheme has been completed, with the developer Ronson announcing that the project’s occupancy permit was issued this week. Impressio is Ronson’s first project in Lower Silesia, located at Grabiszynek district in the city of Wrocław. “We consider our entrance into Lower Silesia successful,” says Justyna Hamrol, the regional sales and marketing director at Ronson. “Before the completion of the project’s first phase, nearly half of the flats were sold,” she adds. The project in Wrocław is a six building complex with 190 flats, of which 70 are being delivered in this first phase. The remaining units are to go on sale in 2013. So far, Ronson has delivered 15 housing projects, mostly in Warsaw.
