Rosenberg & Associates LLC has signed a new 13,573 sqf lease for office space at 4340 East-West Highway in Bethesda, Maryland. It’s a step up in size for the real estate law firm, which previously occupied 8,500 square feet at 7910 Woodmont Ave. in Bethesda. Rosenberg & Associates was represented during the negations by Transwestern while the buildings owner, Moore & Associates Inc., was represented in-house. The firm plans to take occupancy by July 1, 2016. “This new space accommodates Rosenberg & Associates’ growing firm and fits its desire to move to a more open floor plan,” said Scott Randolph, Transwestern Senior Vice President. “The property also offers a shuttle to the Bethesda Metro station and downtown Bethesda – a key factor in our client’s decision.”
