Rosewood Hotels & Resorts was appointed by German real estate company Bayerische Hausbau to manage Rosewood Munich, which will open in early 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh in Europe. Housed in two landmark buildings (the former headquarters of the State Bank of and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing), Rosewood Munich will be situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse. The hotel will offer 132 guestrooms and suites. The property will feature a lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which will include a full-service restaurant and bar. The property will also feature a spa, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area.
