Formica Group, Magexo and the operator of LĂtaÄŤka/Opencard recently joined other IT companies based at Rosmarin. The demand for space in Holešovice comes mainly from the IT and e-commerce sectors as well as from creative fields, like design, graphic studios and promotion, according to Lucie NÄ›meÄŤková of Cushman & Wakefield, Rosmarin’s facility manager. Government offices and institutions also often look at Holešovice for space. VĂ˝zkumnĂ˝ Ăşstav práce a sociálnĂch vÄ›cĂ has taken 800 sqm of office in the neighborhood, in addition to ÄŚEPRO and ÄŚD-Telematika. Rosmarin offers offices, showrooms and storage space, as well as leisure amenities, including the Dancing House (TanÄŤĂrna), a cafe a bar, a fitness center and a kids corner.
