ROSS Management Services has been selected by Beachwold Residential to take over management duties for six apartment communities. The properties are located in New Jersey, suburban Washington, D.C., and southern Virginian and encompass 1,140 units with a mixture of market rate and affordable communities. The assignments mark the company’s debut in the New Jersey, and an expansion of its Virginia presence. “This is a sizable portfolio transaction involving a diverse set of communities, both in geographic location and classification of the communities,” stated ROSS Management Services CEO Dave Miskovich. “This will require more back office and operational support than typical community takeovers.”
