The retailer Rossmann has prolonged and extended its lease at Prologis Park Prague-Úžice in a deal that means the the park is now 100 percent occuped. The company, which has 135 stores in the Czech Republic, agreed to take an additional 5,000 sqm of space, adding to its existing lease for 15,000 sqm. Tomáš Pimpara, warehouse manager for Rossmann, said that when looking for the facility to work from, the company requires an excellent location, accessibility and cost efficiency combined with a sustainable solution. The 126,000 sqm Prologis Park Prague-Úžice is located 9 km from the capital on the D8 motorway towards Dresden.
