Rossmann SDP has leased 3,600 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Park Warsaw South Janki near Warsaw. Axi Immo advised the drugstore chain in the transaction. Panattoni Park Warsaw South Janki offers 70,500 sqm in two modern warehouse buildings. “The distribution hub for the Warsaw agglomeration is part of our strategy of efficient logistics service for our chain of stores, which we are expanding rapidly every year. Warsaw is a key market for us. We wanted a facility that would allow van delivery within short time windows. After analyzing what was available on the market, we decided on the Panattoni magazine in Janki, due to its location and the unit layout, which suits our needs well,” said Dominik Pająk of Rossmann.
