The Dutch chemical group Royal DSM has taken over Biomin and Romer Labs, the two largest companies in the Erber Gruppe based in Getzersdorf, Austria. The sale price is €980m. The Erber Gruppe is a specialist in natural feed additives. Biomin and Romer Labs achieved sales of €330m in the past twelve months. Erber Group has three locations in Lower Austria. Its management has been assured that all of its operations will be maintained. The sale to Royal DSM is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter, 2020.
