The developers of Royal Town, the residential complex located in the Copou area of Iasi, have announced the construction of 4 new blocks in the next three years, adding 464 more apartments to the existing ones, reaching a total of over 1,350 units, distributed in 11 blocks. The complex currently has 7 completed blocks totaling 892 apartments.
Permission for the next 4 blocks has been obtained and work has already started. At the same time, the developer announces that the energy class A+ of the buildings will be preserved, but also that the future blocks will have solar panels.
A total investment of EUR 15 million is foreseen for the development. The first block will be completed in 18 months, and the next 3 will be built gradually.
