Mid-Atlantic Properties, based in Towson, MD., has announced the firm has promoted Chris Rozankowski to the position of Project Manager. In his new role, Rozankowski will be overseeing all of the company’s building construction projects as well as maintenance and tenant improvements for its entire portfolio. When Chris joined Mid-Atlantic Properties in 2012 he was a Building Engineer covering the Towson portfolio. He is currently pursuing his Accredited Commercial Management certification (ACoM).
