The real estate developer RRG Real Estate has launched the first phase of the Lakeside11 residential complex near the Străulești lake in Bucharest and will start the works this spring. This first phase of the Lakeside11 project comprises a total of 6 buildings, i.e. 186 apartments, 320 sqm allocated to commercial spaces and generous pedestrian areas. The initial investment for this phase is estimated at EUR 32 million.
The residential complex will be built on one side of the Străulești lake and has as its main point of differentiation the very low density, therefore, on average, each floor of the building will have 4-5 apartments.
