Spanish national broadcaster Radiotelevisión Española (RTVE) is planning to sell 32 real estate assets across Spain. The portfolio is valued at €85.6m, according to news reports, and includes a 245,000 sqm building in the Madrilenian suburb of Las Rozas valued at €49.3m. The building is currently used as the broadcasting center for Radio 1 and Radio 5 MW. However, RTVE wants to move to a cheaper and less densely populated area. The properties that will be put on the market include the headquarters of Radio Nacional de España, located on Calle de Roc Boronat in Barcelona. RTVE is looking for an agent to broker the sales.
