Cromwell Property Group, the Australian real estate investment manager, leased 10,000 sqm of industrial space at IOG Home Park in Eger to Ruag Aerostructures. The facility, located in northern Hungary, was constructed in 1980. After a modernization in 1990, it now offers 40,000 sqm of industrial space. The production area features high loading facilities on the ground floor as well as mezzanine office areas. IOG Home Park is currently occupied by nine tenants. The property’s 5,000 sqm of office and class B warehouse is unoccupied.
