RUAG Aerostructures is planning to develop an aircraft parts manufacturing plant in Eger, northeast Hungary. Project costs are estimated at HUF 2bn, of which HUF 382m will be covered by a non-refundable government grant. The Swiss company will manufacture fuselage parts for Airbus 320 and Bombardier aircraft at the new plant, which is expected to create 180 new jobs.
