Videoton Group bought a Budapest office building from Rubik Ventures. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. The property is located at 30 Bocskai street and offers 5,000 sqm of space which is fully leased to Colas Hungaria Zrt. The Kinstellar law firm assisted Rubik Ventures in the transaction process.
