Ruppert Properties has picked up a seven-building industrial portfolio totaling 302,046 square feet in the Meadows Industrial Park. The portfolio is located between 1705-1821 Whitehead Road and 6601 Whitestone Road in Woodlawn, Baltimore County, MD. The seven buildings assemblage in the Meadows complex were 90 percent leased to 21 tenants at the time of the sale.Tenants include K&G Fashion Superstore, Radio One, Vanns Spices, and Zeffert and Gold Catering. Jay Wellschlager, Managing Director of the Capital Markets Group for JLL, brokered the sale of the portfolio for an undisclosed seller. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
