Rushmark Properties has closed on the disposition of the First National Bank Apartments in Richmond, VA. A Gates Hudson vehicle paid $39 million for the 19-story, 154-unit community located at 823 E. Main St. in downtown Richmond. The 100-year old building stands across the street from State Capitol. In 2012, the former owner converted it into a 154-unit Class A community including 15 studios and 85 one-bedroom units. Community amenities include dry cleaning service, gated garage parking and controlled access. CBRE brokered the sale on behalf of the seller.
