Russian investors acquire Slovanský dům

Invesco Real Estate has sold Slovanský dům on Na Příkopě street in Prague 1 to Russian investors and the FID Group. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. Invesco paid CZK 2.5bn for the office and commercial complex in 2006. Both Invesco and FID Group claim they are looking for future opportunities on the Czech and Polish markets, writes ČTK.

Slovanský dům offers 22,000 sqm of office and retail space. The building is nearly fully occupied. Tenants include Cinema City, Nike, Bloomberg, ECE and Panattoni. Retail rental prices along Na Příkopě are the highest in the Czech Republic, with prices per sqm ranging between €180 to €185 per month.
