Russian investors paid €90m for Slovanský dům

Russian investors and FID Group paid Invesco Real Estate €90m for the Slovanský dům office and commercial complex on Na Příkopě street in Prague 1, according to DTZ. Both Invesco and FID Group said when the deal closed they will look for future opportunities on the Czech and Polish markets.

Slovanský dům offers 22,000 sqm of office and retail space. The building is nearly fully occupied. Tenants include Cinema City, Nike, Bloomberg, ECE and Panattoni. Retail rental prices along Na Příkopě are the highest in the Czech Republic, with prices per sqm ranging between €180 to €185 per month. Invesco acquired the complex in 2006, and paid CZK 2.5bn for it.
