Rutkowski Development has been granted a building permit for its first project in the Tricity area. The Voda residential project will go up on Węgrzyna street in Gdańsk. The scheme will offer 80 apartments ranging in size form 25 sqm to 103 sqm in the first of two buildings as well as 112 parking spots. Nanu Macieja Nagórskiego designed the project. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2020.
