Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Ryan Quick to Director in the firm’s Asset Services Group. Quick has over 10 years of property management experience for a wide variety of commercial property types in the Boston and Washington, D.C., metro areas. He currently oversees a diverse, eight-building portfolio of properties in downtown Boston and the surrounding suburbs. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Quick held multiple management positions at Monday Properties in Washington, D.C. Quick received a bachelor’s of science degree from Lynchburg College. He has achieved LEED AP Operations and Maintenance and is a member of USGBC and NAIOP Massachusetts.
