The real estate developer S + B Gruppe opened Magheru One office building located in the center of Bucharest, on Magheru Boulevard. S + B Gruppe bought the historic building in 2006 and renovated it at a cost of €20m.
The plan is to rent the office space at €22 – €25 per sqm and the retail spaces for over €75 per sqm. Company officials expect the 4,000 sqm building to be fully leased in 6 -12 months. So far the building has no tenants.
The group also owns Pipera Business Tower office building near Pipera metro station and is planning the construction of “Bucharest Airport City Park ” (a complex with office buildings and hotels).
