S Group Holding is exploring the possibility of developing up to 3,000 apartments in northern Bucharest. The Czech company is also considering building more offices in the city. S Group Holding completed the Green Gate office project in Bucharest last year.
“We are looking into a potential new project in the office area, and are discussing a substantial pre-lease agreement with a client. We are also exploring the northern area of the capital, where we would develop a residential project,” said Vladimira Novakova, managing director of Green Gate Development, the company through which S Holding Group developed Green Gate.
Green Gate is currently 80 percent leased to companies like TeamNet, Teleperformance Group, IT PowerTech Consulting, Regus, Dexia Consulting, Arobs Transilvania and Ambery Hall.
