Work is to get underway shortly on Einsteinova Business Center in Bratislava. The project is to go up on Einsteinova street in the Petržalka district near the Old bridge after years of controversy over planning issues. Developer S Immo AG plans to build it on a site owned by International Property Development, which envisioned a complex of three office buildings and a hotel in the location ten years ago. Current plans include 21,000 sqm of office in two towers – one seven story building and the other a 16 story tower. Einsteinova BC will offer parking for 700 cars, of which approximately 500 will be underground and 200 on the surface. The project, designed by Siebert Talaš architects, is scheduled for completion in 2018.
