S IMMO AG broke ground on The Mark office building in Bucharest’s Buzesti-Calea Grivitei area. The scheme will offer approximately 24,000 sqm in two class A+ buildings on Uranus boulevard. Construction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2018.
“Due to its holistic and innovative design approach adapted to the actual urban living, The Mark will represent, upon completion, a visual reference point across the city, as well as a landmark development in the Romanian office market,” said Friedrich Wachernig of S IMMO AG’s management board.
