The Austrian fund S IMMO will start construction on The Mark office building in Bucharest’s Grivita area, after completing work on nearby infrastructure, said Mark Kruger, S IMMO’s project manager.
S IMMO, which developed the Sun Plaza shopping center, announced it would invest €66m in its latest project on the capital’s property market. Located close to Victoria Square, the project will include a 15-story tower building as well as a smaller six-story building called Podium.
Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle have been appointed co-exclusive agents.
