Safichem Group, a Czech industrial holding owned by Tomáš Plachý, bought the second phase of Futurama Business Park from Erste Group Immorent ČR. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. The second phase of Futurama, located just above the Invalidovna metro station in Prague 8-Karlín, offers 16,000 sqm of office space, a restaurant and an underground parking garage. It was completed in 2012 and secured a BREEAM Very Good rating. The space is fully leased to tenants like Deutsche Börse Services and Clearstream Operations Prague, BASF, Panalpina, Doosan Lenties, mBanka and ACS Czech Republic. Safichem Group is active in the chemical industry and owns Koruna palace on Na Příkopě in Prague 1.
