In a deal worth €74.5m, Warburg-HIH Investment Real Estate has acquired the Sagittarius Business House in Wrocław from Echo Investment. The office building is situated in Wrocław’s central business district on Suchej street and offers 25,600 sqm of space. The building obtained an occupancy permit in the second quarter of this year, and its main tenants include EY and Bank of New York Mellon.
