Salans appoints new Real Estate Practice Group Heads in Bratislava and Prague

International law firm Salans has appointed three new Real Estate practice group heads.

Jiří Stržínek and Michal Hink have been appointed as the Co-Heads of the Czech Republic Real Estate Practice Group and Counsel Soňa Hanková has been appointed as the Head of the Slovak Real Estate Practice Group.

Jiří Stržínek joined Salans in 2004 after working for five years in the Prague office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He was promoted to Partner in 2010 and now co-heads the Real Estate Finance Sector Group within the firm’s Global Real Estate Group. Stržínek is a graduate from the Charles University School of Law in Prague and he is fluent in Czech and English. Michal Hink also joined Salans in 2004 after working for five years with Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Prague. He graduated from the Charles University School of Law in Prague.

Soňa will be working in a close co-operation with Partner Jiří Stržínek, the new Co-head of the Salans Prague Real Estate Practice Group. She has worked for Salans since 1998 and was promoted to Counsel in 2009. Soňa is a graduate from the Comenius University Law School in Bratislava.
