Sales of new housing units in Poland increase two-fold in Q3

26 October 2020

Equilibrium and stable prices are returning to the Polish housing market, causing a rush of interest from potential buyers. In the third quarter of this year, developers operating in the six largest cities in Poland sold 13,300 units, which is 94 percent more than in the previous quarter, according to JLL. In most markets, these units were sold at higher asking prices than in the second quarter. Thanks to new launches, which returned to the level seen at the beginning of the year, the offer remained stable, according to JLL.
