CPI Property Group, through its CPI Rezidence division, yesterday launched the sale of the new development project Žižkovské zahrady. The project will offer premium housing with 210 residential units and layouts ranging from 1+kk to 6+kk in the heart of the popular Prague-Zižkov district. Construction will start in the second half of the year and the expected completion is set for the end of 2026.
“Žižkov Gardens will be built on the very edge of Vítkov Park in its own green garden. Each apartment unit will also have its own green or classic terrace or balcony, most of them with a view of Prague or the surrounding parks. Thanks to this, we will offer our residents a unique combination of the vibrant city and the tranquillity outside the door,” explains Milena Zavadilová, Sales Director of CPI Rezidence.
The final form of the project is the handwriting of MS architects under the direction of the chief architect Michal Šourek. “Žižkov Gardens responds sensitively and respectfully to the historical development of the area, while fully reflecting the character of the local development. The building opens out towards Vítkov Park and visually connects with the park. In the opposite direction towards Hartigova Street, the project will offer commercial spaces accessible from the square, creating a commercial parterre complemented by a loubí,” says architect Michal Šourek, describing the key characteristics of the development.
The latest CPI Rezidence project emphasises high quality architectural design and the use of advanced construction technologies. At the same time, there will be a number of elements supporting the environmental friendliness of the building, such as preparation for charging for electric cars, underground parking, outdoor blinds, heat recovery or water accumulation for watering the greenery. The project meets B-class energy standards.
The whole idea of Žižkov Gardens is based on the idea of building a peaceful background against the backdrop of urban traffic within easy reach of the very centre of the metropolis. A pleasant attribute of the housing will therefore be semi-private outdoor corners inviting to relax. In the common indoor areas, a number of services are planned to increase the comfort of the owners of the local apartments – there will be a reception desk, as well as a carriage and bike room with washing facilities for bicycles and dogs.
