Saller Group broke ground on Park Handlowy in Śrem, 40 km south of Poznań. THe retail park is going up at the junction of Zamenhofa and Przemysłowa streets next to a Lidl grocery discount store. When completed, the scheme will offer 7,000 sqm of space as well as 200 parking spots. Main tenants will include Smysk, Neonet and KiK. Completion is set for the third quarter of 2019.
