Residential project “Solarhöfe Garstedt” by Sallier Immobilien (Lüneburg) and Schilling Immobilien (Bad Salzuflen) is under construction. Located in the Garstedter Dreieck area of Norderstedt near Hamburg, the project comprises 13 buildings with almost 240 apartments and 23,000 sqm of living space. It will be equipped in with an environmentally friendly strategy utilizing solarthermics and heat pumps. The investor, Tobias Schilling, is planning to start marketing the apartments and installing the services infrastructure in the spring of 2015. Living space for 2,000 people will created in the “Garstedter Dreieck” residential area over the next few years.
