Miami-Dade investment group Salomon Investment has picked up two freestanding office properties in Dania Beach for a combined $3.120 million. The 30,379 sqf office space is located at 3201 Griffin Road and traded for $103 per sqf, or a 6.5 percent capitalization rate. At the time of sale, the property was 93 percent occupied. The 2-building complex was originally the home office of Gulfstream International Airlines (2005) until it was sold to Silver Airways, the seller, in 2010.
