CBRE has hired Sam Zell as a senior vice president for the firm’s Philadelphia office. With more than 17 years of experience, Zell specializes in multifamily private equity funded acquisitions in institutional quality real estate investments. Prior to joining CBRE, he served as vice president with Buligo Capital Partners. Zell holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Master of Science in real estate finance and an MBA from New York University.
