Samsung Electronics has leased 3,000 sqm of office space in the Platinum Business and Convention Center held by Israeli Eyal Ofer, located near Baneasa Forest with direct access to the DN1 highway.
Samsung Electronics Romania will occupy the entire 5th floor and will have 83 parking spaces.
Other tenants in the office center are Realitatea TV and Pfizer.
Platinum Business and Convention Center includes two buildings of five floors, the total investment of around €100m.
The center has a GLA of 37,000 sqm and a car park (underground and surface) with a capacity of over 850 parking spaces. Ofer also built the Cathedral Plaza tower in downtown Bucharest.
