Samsung Electronics Polska signed a lease on 4,700 sqm at HB Reavis’ Postępu 14 offices in Warsaw. The company will move into the building in January. Colliers International brokered the deal for Samsung.
Delivered in August, Postępu 14 is the third office investment the Slovak developer completed on the Warsaw market. The developer has two other projects underway: the West Stadion and the second phase of Gdański Business Center.
