Samsung Electronics Polska is taking 2,900 sqm of offices at Warsaw’s Focus building, joining tenants like Deutsche Bank Polska and Walt Disney Company. Located on Armii Ludowej avenue, the building offers 33,000 sqm of leasable space over 12 floors. CBRE advised the owner in the transaction.
“We are delighted that Samsung has joined Focus as a tenant. The building will provide Samsung with convenient lease conditions and many facilities such as a fitness club, restaurants and conference center,” said Łukasz Kałędkiewicz, Director of Office Agency at CBRE.
