6 March 2018

Samuels & Associates and its joint-venture partner Landsea Holdings Corp. have opened a mixed-use scheme in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood. The 30-story project, Pierce Boston, is located at the intersection of Brookline Avenue and Boylston Street. The building will house 240 rental apartments, 109 for-sale condominiums and 20,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail and dining. The 240 rental apartments feature studios as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom units, ranging from 437 to 1,472 sq ft. Apartment tenants will have access to amenities like a rooftop pool, fitness room and yoga studio as well as an 18th-floor lounge, arcade, theater and 24-hour concierge. Condo residents will have access to exclusive amenities, including a private dining room, in-house car detailing, curated services and events through Pierce Platinum and a 24-hour concierge and doorman.

“We’re thrilled that Pierce Boston is now part of the fabric of one of Boston’s most iconic neighborhoods. This unveiling is another example of how we execute on Samuels & Associates’ vision to be more than real estate developers; we also seek to be placemakers who build dynamic communities from the inside out,” said Leslie Cohen, COO and head of asset management at Samuels & Associates.
